Gift voucher terms and conditions

Shamrock Roots gift vouchers are sold to ‘Purchasers’ for the benefit of ‘Recipients’ subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Vouchers can be used to pay for any of the products or services offered by Shamrock Roots at https://shamrockroots.com, subject to availability and prevailing prices from time to time, save that a voucher cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
  2. Vouchers will be valid for purchases made within five years from the date of issue.
  3. If the voucher balance exceeds the value of a purchase, the remainder can be used for further purchases up until the expiry date.
  4. If the value of a purchase exceeds the voucher balance, the remainder must be paid by another means, such as a credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  5. If a refund is due on a purchase made with a voucher, the voucher will be topped up by the relevant value.
  6. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  7. Shamrock Roots is not responsible for a voucher being used without the permission of its Recipient.
  8. Shamrock Roots reserves the right to decline or cancel a voucher if they believe there has been an attempt to use it fraudulently.
  9. Purchasers and Recipients have a right to transfer a voucher to a different person by emailing the details to hello@shamrockroots.com.
  10. Shamrock Roots is not liable for the misdelivery of a voucher in the event that incorrect delivery details are provided – Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate information about Recipients, and the party initiating a transfer (whether the Purchaser or the Recipient) is responsible for providing accurate information about the transferee.
  11. Purchasers have a right to cancel a voucher within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise the right to cancel, the Purchaser must inform Shamrock Roots, either by submitting a Gift Voucher Cancellation Form or by emailing a clear cancellation request to hello@shamrockroots.com before the cancellation period has expired. The voucher will be cancelled and the Purchaser will be reimbursed within 14 days of the date of cancellation. If a voucher is redeemed before it is cancelled, the Purchaser will be reimbursed for the original value less Fees for work undertaken up to the point of cancellation and Expenses for costs already incurred.
